Student Literacy Workshop • February 2026

Holy Child College recently hosted the Sit-Down & Read Workshop, a focused literacy programme designed to cultivate strong reading habits and deepen students’ critical thinking skills. The session provided a structured and supportive environment where students engaged actively with selected texts.

Through guided reading, group discussions, and reflective exercises, participants explored themes, analysed key ideas, and shared thoughtful insights. The workshop encouraged independent thinking, improved comprehension, and strengthened students’ confidence in expressing their views.
